Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel and specific newborn essentials may be final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Chargebacks and disputes; by completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact XO BOUTIQUE LLC to resolve any issues prior to initating a chargeback or payment dispute.
